In a housing co-op all tenants are part owners who work together for the success of their homes and communities. This campaign explains the benefits of cooperative housing and what support the Agency has to offer.

From the spot illustrations and established brand typography social media graphics were created.
FRAME DESIGNS
A video was then scripted to educate the public about the ins and outs of cooperative housing. I created the storyboard and fully designed the scenes.

The final video was then produced. I oversaw the animation process.

More important than ever, during a nation-wide housing crisis, the video and illustrations have been used as a part of campaign to educate the public about alternative options for housing arrangements. Across various platforms and presented at conferences the video continues to drum up interest and funding for the organization.
